I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
