I'm really glad that I found New Leaf and really enjoyed working with Patrick. I've been to a couple of therapists previously, but really liked how he helped me to develop skills that I could use to change thoughts and behaviors that weren't serving my better interests.

My husband and I came to Patrick after having problems in our marriage. I had read about therapists trained in the Gottman method of couples counseling and saw that he was. He was very good in helping us both understand how we were contributing to some of the patterns we wanted to stop. Lots of practical skills to learn and activities to work on between sessions - highly recommended.
