Located inside the peaceful studio of Bee Well Yoga, my practice is centered on helping those with chronic pain and improving mental health with massage therapy. I practice a blend of modalities that combine Reflexology, Swedish, and Neuromuscular techniques along with stretching and mobilization to give each client a catered experience best suited towards their needs. I offer traditional table massage, Thai massage (fully clothed on a floor mat), and prenatal massage all with a trauma-informed approach.
