Do not go to Abba on Northern. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They never treated us. We had to come back 3 other times because they couldnt get the insurance correct. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I find it really annoying. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The manager was rude to my wife on the phone and rude to me in the store. She reffered to me as "that guy". I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Martinez for years. He is an excellent Dr.! I regret that I will never take my family back to Abba on Northern ever again. I do NOT recomend this store to anyone!
