Your ability to self-assess and self-correct is key. Most of what I do is training the brain to self-assess and self-correct tension and alignment of the body. In other words, rather than aligning your structure for you, I train your system to align itself.
Developing the ability to get and stay out of an adrenaline Fight or Flight state is very important. You cannot digest, recover, or fully access your high brain without this.
There is a clear linkage between tension, postural alignment and emotional states: Your range of motion is directly related to your range of emotion.
Bozeman Chiropractor Dr. Hans Conser started working on Bozemanites in 1987 as a massage therapist trained at the International Professional School of Bodywork. Nine years of massage experience convinced him that the nervous system was the key to health and healing. So, after completing his pre-med training at Montana State University in Bozeman MT, he attended Parker University for his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Few Bozeman Chiropractors have the broad level of hands-on bodywork experience like Dr. Hans Conser. Dr. Hans also holds a B.S. in Biology from Excelsior College of Albany, New York. Dr. Hans has attended many seminars on clinical nutrition and various forms of bodywork, with a major focus the last ten years on Network Spinal Analysis. Dr. Hans has attended over 30 seminars and retreats on Network Spinal Analysis. Other techniques that Dr. Hans has studied include Structural Balancing, Myofascial Release, Jin Shin Do, Thai Massage, Setai Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Positional Release, Neuro Muscular Therapy, Five Element Theory, Trager Therapy, Gwa Sha, and First Line Therapy. Despite being a fourth generation Montanan, Dr. Hans grew up in Puerto Rico where he spoke fluent Spanish, learned to sail and raised Bengal tigers. More recently he has taken an interest in Sport Aviation. He and his son completed an RV-6A kit aircraft in 2009, and have been flying it around the US and Canada ever since.

To me, Network Spinal Analysis is the most advanced bodywork there is, period.
During my first Network Adjustment (aka Entrainment) I suddenly had an irresistible urge to clench my muscles and stretch. That stretch turned into a wave motion of my body. Over the next few weeks I dissipated years of tension out of my body, built up ever since a serious spinal sprain when I was seven years old. It was wonderful feeling of cool release where I was used to hot tightness. The fact that it continued to progress on its own was a revelation. The chronic back pain I had endured since the age of nine was working its way out of my bodymind.
A client of mine said recently: It is sooo nice to self-correct!, and I couldnt agree more. There is a real feeling of empowerment when you feel your body get better and release tension on its own, rather than being dependent on another person for your healing.
