They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
