I visited this office last October, 2022. Went for two vists, and also they took a culture. Paid for 2 co-payments and lab results. Came back as fungus in my toenail., Fast forward to now Aug 2023, still dealing with this issue. I called today, the person answeing the phone told me the doctor I saw is no longer working there, so she wanted to start me off as a new patient again? Really!! Not crazy about the place from the first visit but they took over from the previous foot doctor, so i stayed with them. I asked to speak to a manager, she said no and hung up on me. I had been going to this foot doctor's for over 20 years, and this is how they treat patients. Trying to get my medical records. If I dont't succeed, I'm calling the attorney generals office. Beware, go elsewhere!!
