They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Left feeling like money driven office (no different that many any drs offices) and was sufficiently appalled by the charges that appeared on insurance claims based on the servies provided, hard to imagine considering I presented with a v common, painful condition (PF) but was offered no game plan to speak of (except some foot exercises had printed off the internet and tried years ago already) but to return for a third visit, just not good enough. the office equipment appeared to be seriously outdated- from the 70s? not very reassuring. No mention of specific findings from duplicative x rays (had brought recent x rays with me) or ultrasound tests. Would like to think doctors who actually care about patients almost as much as a pay check are out there, hard to find it seems.
