I arrived early for a 12 noon appointment with a Dr. Linda in case there was paperwork to complete. At 12:10 the receptionist, told me it would be a few minutes as they were swapping out a chair. At 12:15 the offending chair was rolled out and the receptionist left the office. At 12:50 I was still waiting when the receptionist returned. During that time there was no sign of a Dr. Linda. I went up to the receptionist, who said to me, “still waiting?” I said ‘I guess I will have to get the contacts somewhere else”, to which he replied “OK”.
I waited three weeks to get an appointment. Who decides to swap out office equipment when appointments are scheduled? What office doesn’t try to make some accommodation or make an effort to keep someone informed of what is going on? Evidently it is “OK” if you take your business elsewhere.
I am not sure how things work under the Vision City name (does everyone their work as their own franchise?) but there seems to be a lack of cohesion in taking care of customers.
