They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms at this office were spotless and looked immaculate. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me even after I had not been there for 6 months. Although I have never had anything to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here after hearing how they handled another patient. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I have been going for over 2 years for periodic adjustments, and have been very pleased with Dr. K. I trust him with my back, you can too. Just relax and feel better.
