They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
