We had our cat neutered,and when my wife went to pick him up 1 of the ladies up front had an attitude because it was shortly before they were to go to lunch.When my wife came home we were told he required no stitches,however we noticed a 4 inch long"string"coming out of the closure.We brought him back in,and were informed it was a vessel that was out.It would of been nice if they would of checked him before handing him to us in his carrier......

This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
