The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. Their pricing seemed to me to be a little overpriced. No one acknowledged us when we walked in, even though four employees were sitting at the desk chatting.(no other customers were waiting for appointments) Our appointment was made in advance for euthanasia of our pet (due to age and health issues). This was a very tough decision for us to have made. Expecting emotional support from this place was a mistake. A very very arrogant Dr. Kellie Kuzdas, DVM has no bedside manor whatsoever. Instead of feeling sad when we left, we felt anger on how we were treated (mistreated). What a shame!! Totally agree with the previous reviews.

I would be cautious when taking small animals to this clinic. I have no experience with the large animal vets, though it seems they have many. Unfortunately we found out the hard way of the non existant emergency care after hours or even treatment following a surgery that is not available after hours. We have had mixed emotions every time we would take a pet in. Customer service is basic and it was apparent that the customer needed to ask all the questions in order to find out certain information. The lack of compassion by some individuals was disappointing to say the least. Very much felt like our pet was just another animal to them. We did make our disappointments known and I would agree with the previous review that they don't always take your thoughts well. Staff has followed up with us really good since we complained. Unfortunately after hearing from other people in our circle that have had issues, we have switched vets.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
