There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. It was a little upset with how rough they were with my pet and I think that if they were a little more gentle my pet wouldn't have been so frightened. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.

I would be cautious when taking small animals to this clinic. I have no experience with the large animal vets, though it seems they have many. Unfortunately we found out the hard way of the non existant emergency care after hours or even treatment following a surgery that is not available after hours. We have had mixed emotions every time we would take a pet in. Customer service is basic and it was apparent that the customer needed to ask all the questions in order to find out certain information. The lack of compassion by some individuals was disappointing to say the least. Very much felt like our pet was just another animal to them. We did make our disappointments known and I would agree with the previous review that they don't always take your thoughts well. Staff has followed up with us really good since we complained. Unfortunately after hearing from other people in our circle that have had issues, we have switched vets.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
