Dr Shaw is a thoughtful kind and compassionate veterinarian. Her focus is clearly driven by her deep empathy for the animals. She also makes a concerted effort to explain carefully and give us the knowledge with which we can make the best informed decision possible for the care of our pet Gabriel. Being in her presence there is a healing quality that starts from the minute she walks in the room. She uses a great mix of science, intuition, and experience to come up with just the right solution customized to our specific needs. Our pets love her too!

Dr. Shaw is a kind and compassionate person who practices excellence in veterinary medicine. Her thoughtful and thorough approach to problem solving and her excellent diagnostic style are effective at getting to the source of the problem. She doesn't just put a "band aid" on and send you home! Dr. Shaw looks for the underlying problem and treats the whole pet. Dr. Shaw was exceptionally patient and supportive of our questions and concerns and made sure that we felt in control and educated sufficiently to make balanced, well informed choices. She is a top doctor!

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
