Dr. West and his staff were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Charlie really listened to what I was asking, and helped me find solutions to a couple of problems that hadn't been handled adequately before. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. There were a good number of pets being boarded there in the back: I wandered back there, and they seemed happy and well-kept. I wasn't boarding my pet, though, so no direct experience of that. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
