They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well.
