It took 3 trips before they actually told me how I could treat the problem with special food. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The examining rooms at Chili Animal Care PC's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
