There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
