They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The veterinarian wouldn't even allow me to stay with my pet the whole time. They took my terrified pet to a different room and I couldn't go with for some reason. My pet would have been much calmer If they had allowed me to go. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
My precious cat was dying when we got there, it being opening minute on Sunday morning, but when they took her back (alone!) and put her on oxygen (she had been howling for almost an hour due to the day etc and everyone else was closed.) the doc said "she's dying", I asked could we see her, she and the VT both practically shouted NO. So my promise to Rose, that when her time came if I was still alive, she would pass in my arms, well, that did not happen. Whether she knew it or not, she was alone in a cage in a place she had only been once before, and could probably hear my voice.
They did no blood work, anything, didn't lookl to see if something was chocking her - we could not afford their cost of necropsy, Rose had been on Tapazole for a year. The "doc" said "she probably threw a clot.

They sold us ($20) a little burial bag. We went home with $80 less, and a dead cat in a litttle blue bag. As I held her against my heart she was still warm. (of course we waited for rigor before we buried her)
