Dr. Bennamin is a unique individual. His establishment is not fancy for an old school family vet committed with a true passion for his goals which are to mend, heal and keep living things living a little longer. People come in worried about their beloved pets and Dr. Benjamin tries to comfort humans with a bit of humour if only for a moment. It's just his way. His rates were always fair not exorbitant with multi return visits, tons of medications, foods to sell and office fees just for stepping through the doors. Sometimes letting nature take its course, spending time with your pet showing love and nuturing during rehab is a powerful medicine instead of all the hype but owners want a quick fix for everything with their "busy important" lives they overload themselves with so the vet has to be a miricale worker. Over the last 44 years of care for my pets Dr. Benjamin, his lovely wife and family live a humble life that care more about helping lives, human and animals and in spite of all the fancy, high overhead, large staffed, drug and food pushing you pay for and more other vets provide he remaine true to his calling. I have never lost a pet under his care. A relationship is developed. Not being passed around to different vets and staff every time with different ways of treating and recommendations. Don't get me wrong, x-rays and higher technology is important but when you need Dr. Brnjamin's service you get Dr. Benjamin ... every time, heart and soul. There will never br another like him as the world spins itself faster towards out of control. Everyone i have recommended him to young and old has stayed with him. Much respect and love to a fine caring man and family.

very filthy building hard to believe health dept allows him to practice there his assistant does nothing but watch and vet was afraid to examine my cat as she was too "feisty" he should be shut down
