I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
