I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I was really disappointed that they weren't able to answer any of my questions. They don't seem to know much of anything about pet care. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. It was awful how rough they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
