I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Leonard is very kind and considerate, and treats not only YOU with kindness and respect, he treats your PET with the same respect!

There are no designated bathroom areas for pets here, which I found odd. And on top of that there was absolutely no grass or bushes anywhere in sight. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
