It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Horrible experince! I was given two options for my dog. I picked one and when he came out he was bandaged up but the whole wound wasn't covered. I sent him back and he came back with 3 staples. I did NOT approve this nor was it an option! Dr. Vemmer was very condesending, unfriendly and he contridicted himself. While I was checking out a dog came in that was bleeding bad and the front desk lady didn't even look up. I then said after about 7 minutes have passed...that dog is bleeding pretty bad you might want to do something...it was just horrible! Unfriendly and not very knowledgable staff! Very expensive also!
