Thank you so much Dr. John for coming to our horse on a Sunday and being so nice about it. We really appreciate your kindness and the fact that you explain everything so clearly in detail. 10 stitches and 4 staples later the wound was closed and Cass could go about the rest of her day. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
