myname is Kathy bastian. I just want to add my two cents about Dr. bruce mears. I went to Dr mears for many many years while living in Hannibal. all of my animals were patients of his and there have been many. in my opinion you could not ask for a more caring and patient vet. despite the fact that I never had any money, he always always treated my pets and never once in 15 years did he ever turn me away just because I couldn't pay for serices. you can tell that this man loves animals and its not just about making a buck. there were times it took me months to pay doc and he never once complained or refused to treat my animals.i love this man and would still be going to him if I was close enough.he is truly what a vet is supposed to be. thank you Dr. Mears for everything you have done for me and my beloved pets. I just want you to know at tax time you were always first on my list to pay! lol. again thank you so much from me and mine.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home.
