Very rude woman. She didn't have the proper muzzle for my shihtzu so she used one meant for a cat, which was too small & tight. My sweet Bentley had to bite his tongue because he couldn't open his mouth to pull it back in & his little nose was smashed against the muzzle so breathing looked difficult. I don't appreciate being expected to help hold him down during the exam. The (better/more professional) vet I go to now has signs posted in exam rooms that say it's against insurance policy to assist in restraining pets during exams. She talked down to me & tried to tell me my dog's allergies were my own fault. Don't waste your time & energy on this place. Go down the road to Admiral Vet in Farragut instead.

Dr Kara is awesome! Down to earth & a straight shooter. She & the staff are very caring and knowledgeable. It's not a glamorous office, but that's why her prices are so good. She's moving soon to a new location, which I'm extremely thankful is not far from this one. I highly recommend Loudon County Animal Hospital
