They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Shauna goes above and beyond caring for your animal as if it were her own. She has come in on her day off and well after office hours to take care of my pets. All my questions were answered, The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. She has been in the Fraser Valley a long time and has a great reputation with local clientele.
