Out of the handful of therapists I've seen in life, Barbara stood out as the most aware, well-trained, compassionate, and helpful. It's rare for me to feel like anyone has insight into my own life, but she did. And she provided useful perspective that encouraged and aided me in furthering myself in healthy living. I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review if she hadn't had such a significant impact across the two months I saw her.
