I am a licensed mental health counselor with WA State. I have practiced for 21 years.

I work with adults using an integrative approach that includes Humanistic and Psychodynamic theory of practice. I like to tailor counseling to fit with each person's individual needs concerning the issues they intend to address. I may offer reflective thoughts, homework if you're open to it or relative topics to read between sessions. I believe in allowing my clients steer their own therapy but I will interact, make suggestions or offer my observations & thoughts.
