Joe is an excellent counselor. I've worked with him as a patient both long-term and short-term over a decade and he has definitely helped me achieve my goals, through questions, insight and a mix of support and challenge. He has helped each of my family members as well, and I've recommended friends to him as well.

I recommend him highly; he is very discerning about how best to work with you and he is very comfortable referring you to other good providers if he feels your needs might be better served elsewhere. Joe has made a dramatic difference in my life, mental health, and ability to cope with whatever happens.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
