Dr. Spreda is so great. I had chronic pain (fibromyalgia) - TMJD and Trigeminal Nueralgia plus Bipolar disorder - depression- anxiety with panic attacks and extreme high blood pressure that stumped all of my medical doctors. In therapy I relaxed and learned ways to calm down and do exercises - breathing techniques. I loved to go to therapy - Dr. Spreda is so wonderful and she really cares about people and you know it. She is very kind and caring. I got well - no more chronic pain at all. Miracle!! Dr. Spreda is the best!!
