I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was pleased with the chair they provided me during the session. It was quite comfortable, which I appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
