They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Mr. Gomez is a very patient and intelligent man who has been working with my children for over 7 years. I highly recommend him every chance I get.
