I originally received Barbara's name as a recommendation for my 9 year old daughter, and after seeing how wonderfully she worked with her I decided to go myself. I got more out of one session with Barbara than I have gotten out of years worth of therapy. She is kind, thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable. She knows how to go right to the heart of what is causing distress by gently supporting you in going within. She doesn't do the work for you or tell you what you should or should not do, which I think makes her a great therapist.
