I am an active duty wife. Also I am a vet, so we are covered by tri-care. When there was a mix up she called to tell me she can no longer see me until I payed the money. I told her that I am trying to take care of the situation, and that I had already sent in a form I am just waiting to hear back. She proceed to tell me about trip-care. She did not care of what I was doing to solve the problem she just wanted her whole 31.00 dollars . This to me had nothing to do with the payment, we are supposed to be covered. Anyway I told her I will just reschedule then and she said "are you sure?" When I told her yes because I am not paying for tri-care she hung up on me. It is all about money, she doesn't care about her patient.(that last sentence is merely my conclusion)
