Dr. Swafford is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in clinical psychology. He has been in private practice for the past 13 years, and in the mental health field for 30 years. He is a National Certified Counselor by the NBCC. A former member of the Licensed Professional Counselor Advisory Board, he is an approved supervisor. Dr. Swafford is a former Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC).
