I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They rarely gave feedback to my parents when I was their client. The counselor and the case manager would sometimes meet with me a the same time. It made me wonder if they billed medicaid as two sessions or one.
