Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. The chair they gave me to sit in during our session was OK. I could have done with something a little more comfortable. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
