I have been a patient of Ms. Tami Applegate-Espinosa for a year and made an appt. with her last week, after a year's absence. I made the appt., via phone, for 12 noon and recorded this appt. at that time on my Google Calendar. I arrived at her office at ll:50 am, and waited until 12:20 pm when another counselor walked in the reception area. I inquired about Ms. Applegate-Espinosa, and she informed me that Tami and stepped out. I was upset and phoned her cell number and left a message that I was there and had waited 20 minutes for her and had to leave. She texted me in reply 5-10 minutes later and stated that she had me on her calendar for 11 am., and that her 12 noon appt. had canceled due to illness. I received a "no show" bill, in the mail, a few days ago for $80.00! I was not the "no show," Tami was! I called her cell phone immediately after receiving this statement and told her my feelings about this. I have not received a reply and will not pay this...
