I am a holistic therapist with over 30 years of helping people with their mental health issues and I work with clients within a mind-body-spirit framework. I use special lighting, music, and aromatherapy in my office. I believe in homeopathic medicine and am quite familiar with many herbs and supplements. I offer a variety of counseling interventions including hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral, psycho-dynamic, mindfulness and empathetic support. I am very interactive in sessions and am an active agent in the growth/change/healing process.
