I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
