I had a marvelous, therapeutic experience at Crossroads Counseling with Larue Bettis. She was very perceptive to what I said and what I didn't say. She respected my thoughts and ideas and encouraged me to work on my goals and mental health. She congratulated me when I worked on my physical and mental health and listened carefully to what I said. She remembered what I had told her and helped me pull all my resources together to work for my benefit. I highly recommend her and Crossroads Counseling.

Overall experience was good however did not agree with diagnosis, I went to another therapist and they advised I did not have that diagnosis, been seeing for a couple of months and they are very helpful. Your counselors need more training on making more accurate diagnosis. After they stopped seeing me I was so upset that it took me several months to attempt to see someone else. I literally had to go through everything again with someone new as I was evenmore depressed and confused when I left your facility.
