office staff was horrible! Embarrassed me in front of full waiting room because of insurance issues. I left in tears with my child who was the patient. I would never recommend this facility to anyone

All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly. I felt like I definitely learned a lot. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
