So disappointed in Carol Steinberg.

We made an appointment and she didn't show up! I left a voicemail asking if everything was ok and for whatever reason she never let me know what happened or tried to reschedule. Weird way to ghost on someone.

On one hand, I wondered if she was safe and if something large had happened, but on the other, I'm fairly certain someone would follow up and notify clients if that was the case.
