I had a psychological done for my child in this agency 3 months ago. No attempts was made to let me know if this has been completed. When I tried to call and confirm whether or not the report was there, they couldn't confirm over the phone. How else will I know when I should drive over to pick it up unless they call or confirm by phone? Secondly, I called several times to schedule an appointment for a neuro feedback. Despite my persistent calls, the appropriate person has not returned my calls yet. This place is very unprofessional.

They way they designed the waiting room here was very awkward and uncomfortable. There is no privacy or confidentiality because you always have to walk out of your session to a room full of people. I would be really embarrassed if I ran into someone I knew. Sometimes I got good advice during my sessions, but most of the time it didn't help at all. I was hoping for more quality advice. I wasn't thrilled by the time my session was over here because I didn't get the unbiased advice I was so hoping for. The counselor's advice seemed more weighted towards one side, which didn't help me see anything differently than I already was. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They do not do appointments with the ONE psychiatrist. They tell you what day and time he is there and you show up. It is a first come first serve basis. Yoy can be sitting there HOURS (as in 2-4) waiting your turn. Then he is cold and stoic. Made my child feel really uncomfortable. The in home therapists are either a hit or miss. Some great, some won't return urgent calls or show up over 2 hrs late or calls an hour after appointment time to cancel.
