It was so nice to meet several staff members available to help me. The atmosphere is great. I found it to be calm and serene. I have been to other places where the atmosphere is cold and the lighting is terrible.I did not feel the warmth there as I have with this provider. I've gone to places where one of the counselors there did not really care about how I was doing.Susan Horen one of the staff members was great, and I'll definitely be going back. She was interested in how she could help me solve my problems. She was completely supportive and willing to do whatever it took to get me through my issues. This provider is the best I've found. I'm sure they'll keep researching and trying everything they think will work until they get your issues resolved. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I am so glad that I decided to make an appointment here. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had and how much they helped me.
