I have seen Dr Gray off and on for 6 years. After seeing other psychologists who never seemed to really help, sometimes even making things worse, I was feeling rather discouraged until I met Dr. Gray. He made me feel hopeful for the first time in years. He forced me to really examine and deal with the issues, granted that is not always fun, but the outcome is most definitely worth it! I started my sessions with him hardly able to express or understand my own feelings and issues, and now I think he has a hard time getting me to stop talking and asking questions. I joke that he was my best friend for the first three years I saw him, but there is truth in that. He has and still does play an invaluable role in my recovery and health and I am forever grateful for all he has done for me. I HIGHLY recommend him. He is a pastoral counselor, so he is a best fit for someone with a God based faith.
