They made sure every question I had was answered, and have always been available if I have any more questions. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after meeting my therapist. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
When I went and met with the therapist she was falling asleep and totally SUCKED... no advise, no what I could expect.... she just nodded when I stopped talking, when she wasnt falling asleep!!!!!!!!
