Customer service policies that are absolutely unreasonable. First my son attends swim classes there and has for about 6 months. Great experience and service. Joe the teacher is awesome. My wife is on a trial membership there that we won through a charity event. Good cause and community outreach. Now the bad, my wife wanted to take our 3 year old son swimming at the pool on a friday night which is free for members. However, if Dad wants to watch, it costs $15 just to watch. Not looking to get in the pool or sneak on a machine, just watch. Cameron isn't cheap, $65/month for one person + $50 for my son to get swimming lessons. The website ABOUT US section raves about their customer service and commitment to excellence, but I have to question two things here, one the person behind the desk was I'm sure just following the policy and enforcing it to a T with an iron first personality...go away, you can't stay message. I would have accepted, It's OK this time, but not next time approach, instead I waited in the car while my son had a great time and my wife was angry and reconsidering her desire to join the facility. I am not sure I blame the desk person or the organization for this -driven for excellence customer service policy-, but I have to say for a organization that has looked to the community to help with donations and charitable giving...it may have lost touch with its family oriented mission.

I believe they tried to provide a holistic experience but they missed it in several areas.
